Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only exchange by size or offer store credit for the value of the returned item (kindly refer to the Exchange Policy below). Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchange Policy:
At Koa The Label, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange policy for your convenience. Please read our exchange policy carefully.
Item Eligibility for Exchange:
- Only bodysuits purchased from Koa The Label are eligible for exchange.
- You may only request an exchange for a different size of the same bodysuit style and color. The request for exchange should be made within 24 hours after the receipt of the item.
- The bodysuit must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To request a exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team by email or phone within 24 hours after receiving the item. Provide your order number, the specific item you wish to exchange, and the desired size.
- Our customer service team will verify the eligibility of the exchange and provide you with further instructions.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will be provided with a return order. We will ship the new size of the bodysuit to you.
- Pack the bodysuit securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Once the new order is delivered to you, give the order you would like to return to our delivery courier.
- The return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Unavailable Sizes:
In the rare event that the desired size for exchange is not available, we will offer you store credit for the value of the returned item. The store credit can be used for future purchases at Koa The Label. Please note that store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Additional Information:
- We recommend that you carefully refer to our size chart before making a purchase to ensure the right fit.
- The exchange policy applies to regularly priced items only. Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount may not be eligible for exchange.
- International customers are responsible for any additional taxes or custom duties incurred during the exchange process.
